the Co-Founder cum Partner, was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 8th February, 2001 and is a member of the Malaysian Bar.

Jeremy has been in continuous legal practice for more than 18 years in his previous firm, Ee Eng Joo & Partners since 2002. He has 7 years of experience both in private sectors and public listed company, i.e. a construction company and a reputable public listed company leading the Legal Department of the public listed company. Jeremy specialises both in civil and commercial litigation, family and divorce proceedings, transfer of properties and loan transactions.

Jeremy provides advice to individual and corporations on their legal rights, the law and procedures involving police investigation, lodging of police reports, police arrest, bail, remand and Court Proceedings relating to criminal offences, domestic violence, child abuse, sexual offences, sexual harassment at work place.

the Co-Founder cum Partner, holds a degree in law (LL.B Hons) from the University of East London, England and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the year 1993 and is a member of the Malaysian Bar.

Grace has more than 26 years of experience in transactions relating to sale and purchase of properties, commercial and industrial projects development. She has acted for banks and financial institutions on security documentation for retail, commercial, corporate and Islamic financing. She also has vast experience in application for grant of probate and inheritance of estate.
